The 3 point Hitch Kit is for those who wish to have their local welder cut a tool bar for them. With the Hitch Assembly Kit you will receive the Hitch, stickers for tool bar, stand and hardware. Just go to your local welding shop and purchase the tool bar. After priming and painting your tool bar black, you would then attached your 3 point Hitch Assembly to the tool bar. This saves lots of $$ in shipping costs.
